Jason is a hometown builder, having completed high school at A&M Consolidated and graduating from Texas A&M in 1992. He currently lives in College Station with his wife and four children. He began working in residential construction in 1991 and after working in several of the trades began a home building business in 1998. Since then, Jason has focused his efforts on custom home building and he enjoys being personally involved with his customers throughout the building process. Jason plans on raising his four future Aggies in College Station while he continues to build some of the finest homes in the Brazos Valley.

Lisa LaFollette has worked with LaFollette Custom Homes since day one. She is a graduate of A&M Consolidated High School and Texas A&M ’92. Lisa taught at College Hills Elementary for five years and has spent the last 25 years raising and educating their amazing children. Lisa has always been a behind the scenes part of the business. Recently, she has been able to be more involved with the team and spend time at the office weekly. Lisa is Jason’s biggest fan and is crazy in love with that man! She enjoys spending quality time with her family and even better if it is on a beach, any beach, anywhere!

Caleb knew he wanted to be a builder by the time he was just 2-years-old. As the firstborn son of Jason and Lisa LaFollette, Caleb quickly became Jason’s “builder assistant” by the time he was just a toddler, tagging along on projects while learning the ropes of the industry. Throughout his high school tenure, Caleb quickly moved up the ranks, managing various crews while getting his hands dirty while performing “punch out” work. Caleb attended Blinn College, where he simultaneously managed a framing crew. He found his calling as a Construction Superintendent for LaFollette Custom Homes in 2015. When Caleb is not busy building beautiful homes, he enjoys hanging out with his beautiful wife, Abby. The high school sweethearts married on the beach in Destin, Florida, in June, 2018. Caleb also enjoys bay fishing on the coast, hunting, and snowboarding.

Olivia is a new face you will see at LaFollette Custom Homes and is serving as our Office Administrator. She is a 2019 graduate of Sam Houston State and grew up in the small town of Bellville, Tx. She and her sister have lived together for the past 5 years with their dogs Winston & Harry. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and taking her dogs on walks! She spends a lot of her time helping out with her church's ministry on Texas A&M campus. She actively leads a small group for young adult girls and is passionate about spreading the love of Christ to others. She enjoys traveling when she has the chance and loves experiencing new places! Olivia enjoys serving in her community and loves seeing new faces walk through the door at LaFollette Custom Homes!

Daniel has been in the construction industry for the past 10 years after graduating from TSTC in Waco with a degree in Building Construction Technology. The first five years of his career were spent in the field working as a Superintendent for commercial contractors. For the last five years, he worked as an Estimator, putting together budgets for high end custom homes. His experience combines firsthand knowledge of building practices from his years in the field with attention to detail from his time providing customized home building budgets. Daniel loves spending the majority of his time at home with his wife and daughter, along with their many animals. In his spare time, you can find Daniel enjoying his favorite Mexican food, reading a good book, and enjoying life in the country. He especially loves attending church and is a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus. Daniel and his wife do photography and videography and Daniel is a licensed drone pilot. In the past, he was an amateur bullfighter on the CPRA circuit. He and his wife love country music and love to go out dancing.

Sydney owns an interior design business, and recently partnered with LaFollette Custom Homes as their In-house designer to help clients make all of their design selections for their new home. She has 15 years experience in design work and helping clients create spaces they are proud to call home. She is a Bryan native who graduated from Texas A&M University. Her passion is people and helping them cultivate ideas and bringing them to life. When she is not working, she enjoys doing anything outside and traveling with her husband Matt and son Liam.
