Meet with our construction team at your property to evaluate the building site, utilities, driveway, and other aspects of construction.
Work with our Custom Home Consultant and engineers to evaluate the soil analysis and foundation design for your home.
Experience your home via a virtual reality walk-through and work with our design team to add the final finishing touches.

Construction

Work with our construction team to see the plans for your home come to life!
Your Superintendent and Interior Designer will meet with you regularly throughout the construction process.
Our online project management platform gives you the ability to stay informed every step of the way.
Final walk through with your Superintendent to verify that everything is completed to your satisfaction.

Move-in

Meet with our team to become familiar with your Homeowners Information Binder, which includes your homeowner’s warranty, maintenance, and care guide.
Become familiarized with your home during a personalized walk-through with your Superintendent.
Celebrate with our team as we hand you the keys to your new dream home!

Ongoing Support

Our team will meet with you 120 days after you move in to complete our post move-in checklist.
Discuss questions about maintenance and care with your superintendent.
Receive helpful maintenance tips and correspondence from our team for as long as you live in your home!
